Structural Academy’s Terms and Conditions
- Contractual Relationship and Object
1.1 These Terms and Conditions aim to regulate the use of the website with the address www.structuralacademy.com (henceforth, the “website”) entitled by IGENMAI UNIPESSOAL, LDA, with the Portuguese fiscal identification number 509 670 610 and headquartered at Rua Latino Coelho, nº87 1050 - 134 Lisboa (henceforth, “Structural Academy”), as well as to regulate the disclosure of information relative to the services provided electronically by Structural Academy and the contractual relationship emergent from the use of the website, especially with regards to the buying and selling of services presented in the aforementioned website, establishing rights and duties to the user of the website and/or acquirer of these services (henceforth, the “User/Acquirer”) and Structural Academy.
1.2 The use of the website presupposes the knowledge and acceptance by the User/Acquirer of the present Terms and Conditions, as such, it requires that they should read them attentively before proceeding to any registry of data or acquisition in the website.
1.3 The User/Acquirer should have the legal ability necessary for the ratifying of any legal business through this website.
1.4 Structural Academy reserves the right to, at all times, proceed with any changes to the present Terms and Conditions, provided it notifies, by email, the User/Acquirer and they do not oppose them, by the same means, within 30 days after said notification.
1.5 The present Terms and Conditions, available only in Portuguese, English and Spanish, constitute the full contract to be ratified by the Signatories, being available at all times on the website.
1.6 Through the website, Structural Academy makes available to the User/Acquirer a set of videos and other training materials (henceforth, the “Services”) for online viewing. Eventually, other accessory documents may be made available to download (e.g. instruction manuals).
1.7 The temporal and objective goal of the effectively acquired Services, namely the determination of the specific videos and training materials made available for viewing by the User/Acquirer, will be defined with regards to the choice that the User/Acquirer makes between the different subscription options indicated on the website.
1.8 The Services will be acquired and accessed without territorial limitations of a contractual nature, through the internet.
1.9 Without prejudice to the previous paragraph and to the right of contract resolution, Structural Academy is not responsible for any eventual obstacles of local nature that impede access to the Services, or any disruptions in the internet supply that are not attributable to it.
- Registry and Purchase Process
2.1 To make any purchase through the website, the User/Acquirer must previously proceed to register some information, by inserting and submitting their data in their personal registry area, as indicated in the website.
2.2 The User/Acquirer will be responsible for the truthfulness of the data registered by themselves.
2.3 To initiate the purchase process, the User/Acquirer must follow the constant guidance of the website, acquiring the Services through payment of the respective price, in regards to the selected subscription option, choosing the available payment option relevant to it.
2.4 The Services will be immediately provided, online, after successful processing and billing of payment.
- Price and Payment Option
3.1 The price of Services is set based on the subscription options presented on the website.
3.2 The VAT rate, if legally applicable, is to be applied to the presented prices.
3.3 Payment may be made by [indicar meios de pagamento, e.g., transferência bancária, multibanco ou cartão de crédito].
3.4 The price must be paid immediately or mediately, depending on the payment modality selected by the User/Acquirer, with the submission of the delivery in the course of the purchase process.
3.5 After payment of said price, Structural Academy will emit the corresponding invoice, proceeding to make it available through the website, on the User/Acquirer’s personal page.
- Right to Resolution
4.1 The User/Acquirer will have the right to resolve the contract within 14 days after the acquisition of Services.
4.2 Exercising the right to withdrawal does not incur any costs to the User/Acquirer.
4.3 Without prejudice to the previous paragraphs, the User/Acquirer will not be able to resolve their contract when it relates to the acquisition of digital contents, without material support, as long as contractual execution has been initiated.
4.4 With regards to the previous paragraph, the User/Acquirer consents and expressly recognizes that the contractual execution will start during the period of free resolution and that this consent implies a loss of the right to free resolution.
- Duration
The contract will have the duration indicated on the website for each subscription option.
- Guaranty of Conformity, Update and Technical Requirements of Services
6.1 Structural Academy guarantees that the Services:
a. Correspond to the description, the quantity, the quality and other characteristics indicated on the website, namely with concerns to durability, functionality, compatibility and safety, usual and expectable of goods of the same type, considering, namely, their nature, corresponding still to the test versions or previews previously made available, in the legal terms;
b. Are adequate to the use that services of the same nature are destined to;
c. Are adequate to any specific finality indicated on the website or any other way previously agreed upon between Structural Academy and the User/Acquirer;
d. Are supplied along with all accessories and instructions, if applicable.
6.2 The guaranties foreseen in the previous paragraph are in force through the duration of the subscription acquired by the User/Acquirer.
6.4 Along with the previously mentioned video content, it is expected that there may yet be made available accessory documents to these (e.g. instruction manuals) that may be available to download through the website.
- Communications and Complaints
7.1 Any communication or complaint, namely relating to the present Terms and Conditions or to the identification and correction of introduction errors contained in purchase orders, shall be forwarded to the following contacts:

7.2 For any subject, Structural Academy will contact the User/Acquirer through the email address that they indicate for such purpose in their personal area, when purchasing Services.
7.3 The User/Acquirer may still proceed to file any complaint in the complaint book in electronic format, through the Digital Platform accessible through the address or through any other complaint platform relevant to them.
- Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 In any case of omission, The Portuguese legislation will be applicable to the legal relationship regulated by the present Terms and Conditions.
8.2 Any conflict concerning the legal relationship covered by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by appeal to the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa, whose website is accessible through the following address: http://www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt/.
- Miscellaneous Provisions
9.1 Without prejudice to any norms foreseen in these Terms and Conditions, Structural Academy does not guarantee that the materials and information present in any Structural Academy website, including, namely, texts, videos, photographs, graphs and numbers, namely the ones supplied for general informational purpose, are deprived of errors of technical, insertional or any other nature, inaccuracies or improprieties, nor that any information, software or other material accessible from a Structural Academy website, are free of computer virus or other harmful components, being unable to be held accountable for the consequences or of any acts or actions that may be adopted based on the referenced materials and information.
9.2 Without prejudice to the any norms foreseen in these Terms and Conditions, Structural Academy:
a. May at any time and without previous notification, introduce changes in the materials and information present in the previous paragraph, while not committing to doing so.
b. Does not give, with regards to the materials and information present in the previous paragraphs, any guarantees of any kind, be it explicit or implicit, including, namely, guarantees of accuracy, ownership, non-infringement or implicit guarantees of commercialization or suitability for a specific purpose.
