The present document rules the terms of data handling by IGENMAI UNIPESSOAL, LDA, with the Portuguese fiscal identification number 509 670 610, headquartered at Rua Latino Coelho, nº87 1050 - 134 Lisboa (henceforth, “Structural Academy”), defining how we use the personal data that you provide us with as a User of our website, with the address http://www.structuralacademy.com (henceforth, the “website”), or as an Acquirer of the services that we make available through it, be it by registering your personal data in the website or by providing them to us by any other means.
Structural Academy is responsible for the treatment of your data, in conformity with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8 - Where we transfer and how we keep your personal data
Our data center is located in Portugal and its data is processed in Portugal and Spain. There are several filing places for your data. In our internal servers, in third party servers where our emails and website are hosted and in third party servers where services related to business management and technical support are hosted, which are the following:
- AlmourolTec, Lda.
- Amazon.com, Inc.
- Cloudflare, Inc.
Any time there exists a risk of access to your personal data by our service providers, we will, to a reasonable extent, make sure that these service providers practice an adequate level of due diligence in regards to the enforcement of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by contractually binding these providers to following the aforementioned legislation.
9 - How we keep your personal data safe
We keep your personal data in secure servers that are managed either by us or by our service providers and, occasionally, in copies in hard drives that are stored in a secure place in Portuguese territory.

In the event that we have your explicit consent to use your personal data in the interest of marketing campaigns through newsletters, we will send you varied information such as: technical articles; news; training opportunities or events; case studies; new software versions and new products/services.
11 - How long we keep your personal data
